I have attempted many times in the past, to start and keep up with a data base of recipes that are lower in fat and total calories, that taste pretty good, are fairly easy to purchase for and prepare and also list the calories and macronutrient percentages (protein, carbohydrate and fat). Alas, I have always stopped short and retreated for a number of reasons, the main reason being I don't know what spices and flavorings you specifically tend to like the best and which ones you simply can not consume based on taste preference. So.....I'm going to list some good resources on the web and let you pick and choose based on your pallate, but do keep in mind that trying new recipes can be a key ingredient in your personal wellness and weight loss journey. Try to keep an open mind and try some new dishes, some new flavor combinations and you might just find one that you can add to your repetoire and circle of foods that you tend to eat each and very week.
Take your time, when you have time, and peruse through these sites. Try one or two new recipes each week for a spelll and I'm sure you're find some new ones that really "spice up" what can be for all of us at times a fairly boring personal menu.
